Myrqvist Return Policy?
The return policy of Myrqvist is as follows:
- Customers can return items for a refund within 14 days of receiving the original order.
- Items can be exchanged up to 30 days after receiving the order.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received, and in the original packaging without damage.
- Some items cannot be exchanged or returned, including but not limited to: Made-To-Order.
- If the shoes have marks and scratches on the sole or too visible creases on the upper part they will not be eligible for a return.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to error cannot be exchanged or returned.
- The refund is processed approximately 7 business days after the return shipment has been received.
- Return shipping normally takes between 3-5 business days, making the total wait time up to 12 business days.
- If a return request is from a country with a fee, the amount will be deducted from the refunded total to cover the cost of return shipping.
- If a parcel is not collected and is sent back to Myrqvist, an amount of/or equal to 200 SEK will be deducted from the total refund.
- Online orders can only be returned through the online process, not in physical stores.
Please note that the return and/or exchange shipping must be covered by the customer, or arranged for a shipping label for $30.
